At Dr. Gajendra Yadav Collection Center, we strive to provide the best diagnostic services. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms.
Cancellation Policy
Before Sample Collection: You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled collection time.
Within 2 Hours: Cancellations within 2 hours of scheduled time will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
After Sample Collection: Once the sample is collected, cancellation is not possible as the testing process begins immediately.
Refund Policy
Full Refund (100%)
- • Cancellation made 24+ hours before scheduled time
- • Lab error or technical issues preventing test completion
- • Duplicate payment made by mistake
Partial Refund (75%)
- • Cancellation made 2-24 hours before scheduled time
- • Rescheduling not possible due to unavailability
No Refund
- • Sample already collected and sent for processing
- • Report already generated
- • Patient no-show without prior cancellation
- • Cancellation after sample collection
Refund Process

2. Verification: We'll verify your booking and eligibility (1-2 business days)
3. Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
4. Credit: Amount credited to original payment method within 7-10 business days
Rescheduling
We understand plans change. You can reschedule your appointment free of charge:
- • Up to 2 times without any charges
- • Must be done at least 4 hours before scheduled time
- • Subject to slot availability

Special Circumstances
Medical Emergency: Full refund provided with valid medical documentation
Weather/Natural Calamity: Free rescheduling or full refund
Lab Closure: Immediate full refund if we're unable to provide service
